Description: In early Taiwan, the farming family would make peanut oil or sesame oil with the oil extractor. The compressor is the most important part for an oil extractor. The raw material, the oil cake made of peanuts, is placed put into the compressor. The oil would be pressed out by hitting the bolt on the compressor to give pressure on the oil cake.
