On August 30, 1961, the Assistant President and Director Hu Xin-nan was promoted to the position of CEO, and the Vice Director Dong Shi-fen was promoted as the Assistant President and Director.

Description: The catalytic reforming unit no. 1 was constructed in 1955. The wood area behind the site was the testing laboratory during the Japanese Occupation and was bombed during the war.
